Dr. J. Michael Neff
J. Michael Neff, MD graduated magna cum laude from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1975, he went on to graduate from medical school in 1979 at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas, where he ranked 2nd in his class of 200. He completed his post graduate medical training at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. He then served in the United States Armed Forces as an Internist for 4 years before coming to Corpus Christi.
Dr. Neff specializes and is board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has been with Thomas-Spann Clinic since 1986. He is a member of the Texas Medical Association; Fellow of American College of physicians and the Nueces County Medical Society; Alpha Omega Alpha (honor medical society).
Dr. Neff was born in College Station, Texas but has called Corpus Christi home since the age of 10. He enjoys golfing, music, gardening and reading in his spare time, which is limited, since he is also the team physician for the Corpus Christi Hooks. Dr. Neff and his wife Karen are parents to 2 sons and 1 daughter.
